Did you know that the idea of New Year’s resolutions started way back in Roman times? Even though it most likely isn’t new year’s day as you are reading this, today, many people use the idea of resolutions to either change an undesired trait or behavior, to accomplish a personal goal or otherwise improve their life. Which of course you can do any time of year. Right? Weight loss, exercise, and quitting smoking are all common resolutions. But can New Year’s resolutions really work?
